Can this specific issue be dealt with by a pharmacist or the GP surgery nurse?
Do I want to make the appointment myself or ask someone else, like a parent?
Do I need to see my usual GP or can I see any doctor?
Do I want to go by yourself or with a friend, sibling, parent or guardian?
What do I want to talk about with the GP?
What questions do I want to ask the GP? Can I write these down and take them with me?
What do I want to get out of the appointment?
